Marshall Elementary Parents and Guardians,
Please be advised that Marshall Elementary School routinely conducts various safety and emergency drills to provide students and staff an opportunity to practice emergency response procedures, because the safety and welfare of our students and staff is our highest priority.
A Lockdown Drill will be performed tomorrow, August 19, 2025, at approximately 2:00 p.m. The term “Lockdown” is used when there is an intruder inside the building and is an active threat.
The goal of the drill is to improve our ability to respond in the event of a real emergency and allow us to evaluate our emergency operations plan under the Standard Response Protocol.

Returning Students
The annual enrollment update window for returning students begins on July 17th. All returning students are required to complete this process to ensure that all students are enrolled in their zoned school to ensure a safe learning environment conducive to learning. This year ALL returning students will be required to provide the documents listed below as proof of residency. Make sure that you enter the primary guardian’s (#1) username and password as this person will be the person that has access to to complete the application. If you need assistance due to technical issues or resetting passwords, please call 281.891.4906.
*Students who have not completed the enrollment update and provided proof of residency documents (online or in-person) prior to Meet the Teacher in August will not be assigned to a classroom.
Home Owner
1.Mortgage/Lease Agreement (MUST contain Parent/Guardian)
2. Current Utility Bill (electric/water/gas) most recent
3. Valid I.D. (must match address on submitted documents)
Renter
1. Lease MUST contain Parent/Guardian & student name

New Students
The new student enrollment window is open and is to be completed online. Use the link below for more details. Be sure to upload all pertinent documents to avoid delays in enrollment.

New Student Required Documents are:
a. Proof of residency in Spring ISD (lease agreement, mortgage statement, current gas, light or water bill with parent/guardian name and address).
b. Proof of child's identity and age (original birth certificate if available)
c. Transcript/report cards from previous school
d. Complete immunization health records
e. Student's Social Security Card (if available)
f. Parent/Guardian Photo ID
