During Heroes of Heritage, Marshall families and communities were able to witness an amazing step performance by D Phi D which is a step team made up of high school students in Spring ISD. They also got to hear jubilant sounds from for Marshall's very own, Mr. Wilson and his second line band. Mrs. Hardges-Greene's Black History Musuem was open for the night and food was provided by amazing food trucks. There were three food trucks one was a delicious lemonade stand owned by veterans Christel and Christopher Going. A&K food truck provided seafood and desserts and Big Moo provided barbecue. The highlight of the night was the Live Wax Museum a performance by 3rd-5th grade Marlins representing black historical figures.
